Summer tip part 7: What would you like to share from your week?
To share your most precious moments, big or small, with loved ones, can increase your sense of wellbeing. Ariel at Elsa shares his life philosophy.
My best summer tip for you, and maybe a tip that you can use every season, is to be in contact with your closest and dearest ones and share with them the nicest experiences of every week.
By incorporating positive experiences into your brain — by building up the sense of being happy, loved, and peaceful — you won’t have to seek those feelings outside yourself. Your well-being will become increasingly unconditional, less dependent on external conditions like a partner being nice or having a good day at work.
When experiencing that your basic human needs are met, you will eventually feel that there’s no need for the craving and the clinging that lead to suffering and harm for yourself and others.
